Next I give them the information they need to move through the process of buying or selling a home with the least possible stress or uncertainty. My belief is that knowledge of today’s market leads to good decisions. When clients know what to expect at each step along the way, it makes the entire transaction more enjoyable for everyone.
I don’t just help others purchase and sell homes – I believe in real estate myself. I am a real-estate investor / landlord who has done the hands-on work of remodeling and rehabbing numerous homes and multi-family properties.
